Career Transition: The Game Plan

Talent Curve, in conjunction with Strayer University, has developed an online career course entitled Career Transition: The Game Plan. The course takes a blended approach toward the subject matter and includes the following components:

• Live on the web sessions
• Self-paced sessions
• Interactive career web site tailored to the course
• One-on-one assessment debrief
• One-on-one counseling session

Career Transition: The Game Plan is designed to meet the needs of individuals who want to better understand their career development options within the current job market. Particular attention is devoted to assessment activities that increase self-awareness and successful job search strategies. The course concludes with students and the Career Advisor/Facilitator developing individual career plans that will help each student convert their plans into measurable and accomplishable actions.
